The Archbishop Carroll Patriots basketball team scored 77 points and restricted the visiting La Salle College Explorers to 41 in the Patriots league victory on Friday.

The Patriots now sport a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Roman Catholic for a Philadelphia Catholic contest on Sunday, February 12. Archbishop Carroll will battle a Cahillite team coming off a 70-52 league loss to St. Joseph's Prep (Philadelphia, PA). The Cahillite record now stands at 18-3.

The Explorers (9-12) will now prepare for their contest against Archbishop Ryan (Philadelphia, PA). The Raiders and Ragdolls come into the Philadelphia Catholic contest with a 13-8 record. In their last contest, Archbishop Ryan was routed by Neumann-Goretti (Philadelphia, PA), 52-50, in a league contest.
