North Arlington Vikings (North Arlington, NJ) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Brearley Bears (Kenilworth, NJ), 68-62 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, North Arlington upgrades its record to 6-11 on the campaign. The Vikings host Bergen Charter (Hackensack, NJ) to play the in a non-league bout on Monday, February 13. The come into the bout with a record of 1-12.
Next up, the Bears play the Dunellen Destroyers (Dunellen, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 14. Brearley will attempt to upgrade on its 6-10 season record. The Destroyers come into the bout with a 5-18 record after their 45-37 league loss to Somerset Tech (Bridgewater, NJ).
