    The Zachary Broncos basketball team scored 63 points and held the host Central Wildcats to 43 in the Broncos league triumph on Friday.

    The Broncos now sport a 19-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Central Baptist for a non-league contest on Friday, February 10.

    The Wildcats (7-12) will now prepare for their contest against Woodlawn-B.R. (Baton Rouge, LA). The Panthers enter the 5A District 4 contest with a 11-16 record. In their last contest, Woodlawn-B.R. was defeated by Catholic-B.R. (Baton Rouge, LA), 73-56, in a league contest.
