Huntingdon Bearcats (Huntingdon, PA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host East Juniata Tigers (McAlisterville, PA), 45-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Huntingdon upgrades its record to 7-13 on the season. The Bearcats travel to Central Mountain (Mill Hall, PA) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 11. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 19-1. Central Mountain won 69-61 in their recent non-league challenge against Lewisburg (Lewisburg, PA)
