The Lowell Red Raiders (Lowell, MA) basketball felled the visiting Haverhill Hillies (Haverhill, MA), 69-51 in Friday's non-league test.
The Red Raiders (10-6) will now prepare for their test against Andover (Andover, MA). The Golden Warriors go into the Merrimack Valley - Large test with a 8-7 record. In their last test, Andover thwarted Billerica Memorial (Billerica, MA), 91-64, in a league test.
The Hillies now own a 9-11 record. They play next when they host Methuen for a Merrimack Valley - Small test on Tuesday, February 14. Haverhill will encounter a Rangers squad coming off a 55-54 non-league win over North Andover (North Andover, MA). The Rangers record now stands at 12-5.
