Herreid/Selby Wolverines (Herreid, SD) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Mobridge-Pollock Tigers (Mobridge, SD), 51-47 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Herreid/Selby upgrades its record to 11-7 on the season. The Wolverines host Leola/Frederick (Leola, SD) to play the Titans in a non-league bout on Friday, February 17. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 10-7.
Next up, the Tigers play the Groton Tigers (Groton, SD) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 11. Mobridge-Pollock will attempt to upgrade on its 9-8 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 11-4 record after their 57-48 league win over Redfield (Redfield, SD).
