Louisiana High School Basketball - Northside knocked off by Lafayette Christian Academy

The Lafayette Christian Academy Knights basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Northside Vikings to 49 in the Knights league triumph on Friday.
The Knights now sport a 16-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Catholic - N.I. for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 11. Lafayette Christian Academy will meet a Panthers team coming off a 42-32 non-league win over Teurlings Catholic (Lafayette, LA). The Panthers record now stands at 10-6.
The Vikings (15-11) will now prepare for their contest against St. Thomas More (Lafayette, LA). The Cougars enter the 4A District 4 contest with a 28-4 record. In their last contest, St. Thomas More ran past New Iberia (New Iberia, LA), 59-54, in a non-league contest.
