Indiana High School Basketball - Western thwarted by Lewis Cass

The Western Panthers basketball team (Russiaville, IN), dropped 56-45 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Lewis Cass Kings (Walton, IN)

The Kings now possess a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Westfield for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 11. Lewis Cass will confront a Shamrocks team coming off a 64-42 non-league win over Hamilton Heights (Arcadia, IN). The Shamrocks record now stands at 12-6.

The Panthers (11-7) will now prepare for their battle against Peru (Peru, IN). The Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 12-5 record. In their last battle, Peru dropped by Manchester (North Manchester, IN), 54-51, in a league battle.
