The Providence Catholic Celtics basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the visiting Marmion Cadets to 58 in the Celtics league victory on Friday.

The Celtics now sport a 12-17 record. They put it on the line next when they host Evergreen Park for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 15. Providence Catholic will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 78-66 league loss to Shepard (Palos Heights, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 16-14.

The Cadets (17-11) will now prepare for their contest against Dixon (Dixon, IL). The Dukes & Duchesses come into the non-league contest with a 18-11 record. In their last contest, Dixon was nudged by Rockford Christian (Rockford, IL), 71-59, in a league contest.
