West Virginia High School Basketball - Notre Dame ripped by St. Marys

The St. Marys Blue Devils basketball team scored 73 points and held the visiting Notre Dame Fighting Irish to 37 in the Blue Devils non-league triumph on Friday.
The Blue Devils now sport a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fort Frye for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 11. St. Marys will battle a Cadets team coming off a 52-42 non-league loss to Buckeye Trail (Lore City, OH). The Cadets record now stands at 5-15.
The Fighting Irish (2-14) will now prepare for their contest against Liberty (Clarksburg, WV). The Mountaineers enter the non-league contest with a 7-12 record. In their last contest, Liberty was routed by Preston (Kingwood, WV), 53-44, in a league contest.
