The Wellsville Eagles (Wellsville, KS) basketball crushed the host West Franklin Falcons (Pomona, KS), 74-45 in Friday's non-league bout.

With the win, Wellsville upgrades its record to 11-5 on the season. The Eagles host Anderson County (Garnett, KS) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 14. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 10-7. Anderson County won 61-52 in their recent non-league bout against Iola (Iola, KS)

Next up, the Falcons play the Marais des Cygnes Valley Trojans (Melvern, KS) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 14. West Franklin will attempt to upgrade on its 8-9 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 2-17 record after their 61-28 non-league loss to Mission Valley (Eskridge, KS).
