Kansas High School Basketball - Onaga succumbs to Clifton-Clyde

February 10, 2023: Onaga, KS 66521

The Clifton-Clyde Eagles topped the host Onaga Buffaloes basketball team by a final score of 51-33 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Eagles face the Valley Heights Mustangs (Blue Rapids, KS) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, February 14. Clifton-Clyde will attempt to move on its 15-4 season record. The Mustangs enter the game with a 10-8 record after their 53-46 non-league loss to Centralia (Centralia, KS).

With the defeat, Onaga moves to 9-8 on the year. The Buffaloes travel to Frankfort (Frankfort, KS) to battle the Wildcats in a Twin Valley battle on Tuesday, February 14. The Wildcats come into the battle with a record of 14-3. Frankfort won 61-31 in their recent non-league battle against Troy (Troy, KS)
