In Friday's non-league outing, the Mt. Vernon/Plankinton Titans (Mt. Vernon, SD) basketball squad beat the visiting Corsica/Stickney Jaguars (Corsica, SD), by a margin of 53-36.
The Titans (11-6) will now prepare for their outing against Sioux Falls Christian (Sioux Falls, SD). The Chargers go into the non-league outing with a 17-2 record. In their last outing, Sioux Falls Christian defeated More (Rapid City, SD), 37-32, in a non-league outing.
The Jaguars now own a 10-8 record. They play next when they host Burke for a non-league outing on Saturday, February 11. Corsica/Stickney will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 62-51 non-league win over North Central (Bassett, NE). The Cougars record now stands at 6-12.
