In Friday's non-league outing, the Grand Blanc Bobcats (Grand Blanc, MI) basketball squad edged the visiting Westfield Prep Warriors (Redford, MI), by a count of 43-36.
The Bobcats (14-4) will now prepare for their outing against Bay City Western (Auburn, MI). The Warriors go into the Saginaw Valley outing with a 13-5 record. In their last outing, Bay City Western was tipped by Powers Catholic (Flint, MI), 41-38, in a non-league outing.
The Warriors now hold a 12-7 record. They play next when they travel to Kalamazoo Central for a non-league outing on Monday, February 20.
