South Dakota High School Basketball - New England topped by Harding County

The Harding County Ranchers basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the visiting New England Tigers to 38 in the Ranchers non-league victory on Friday.

The Ranchers now sport a 10-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bison for a B Region 8 contest on Monday, February 13. Harding County will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 49-48 league loss to Wakpala (Wakpala, SD). The Cardinals record now stands at 7-11.

The Tigers (8-8) will now prepare for their contest against Killdeer (Killdeer, ND). The Cowboys come into the B Region 7 contest with a 9-8 record. In their last contest, Killdeer prevailed over Center-Stanton (Center, ND), 54-39, in a non-league bout.
