St. Teresa's Academy Stars (Kansas City, MO) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Pembroke Hill Raiders (Kansas City, MO), 48-42 in a non-league bout.

With the win, St. Teresa's Academy upgrades its record to 9-8 on the season. The Stars travel to Warrensburg (Warrensburg, MO) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 14. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 13-8. Warrensburg won 73-24 in their recent league bout against Oak Grove (Oak Grove, MO)

Next up, the Raiders clash with the Shawnee Mission South Raiders (Shawnee Mission, KS) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 13. Pembroke Hill will attempt to upgrade on its 12-9 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 15-0 record after their 77-9 non-league win over Lawrence Free State (Lawrence, KS).
