In Friday's non-league challenge, the Gorham Rams (Gorham, ME) ice hockey team nudged the visiting Cape Elizabeth Capers (Cape Elizabeth, ME), by a margin of 3-2.
The Rams now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cheverus for a non-league outing on Wednesday, February 15. Gorham will confront a Stags squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over York (York, ME). The Stags record now stands at 14-1.
With the defeat, Cape Elizabeth drops to 2-4 on the campaign.
