The Iroquois West Raiders basketball team (Gilman, IL), was toppled 41-27 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Prairie Central Hawks (Fairbury, IL)
The Hawks now possess a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Plano for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 11.
The Raiders (15-4) will now prepare for their battle against South Newton (Kentland, IN). The Rebels come into the non-league battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, South Newton beat DeMotte Christian (DeMotte, IN), 33-32, in a league battle.
