Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Benton Cardinals (St. Joseph, MO) and the visiting Center Yellowjackets (Kansas City, MO), saw Benton's basketball squad knock off Center by a count of 53-38.

With the victory, Benton upgrades its record to 18-4 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Savannah (Savannah, MO) to play the Savages in a Midland Empire challenge on Tuesday, February 13. The Savages come into the challenge with a record of 8-16.

Next up, the Yellowjackets play the Southeast Knights (Kansas City, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 13. Center will attempt to upgrade on its 11-8 season record.
