In Saturday's non-league outing, the Glenbrook South Titans (Glenview, IL) basketball squad felled the visiting Carmel Corsairs (Mundelein, IL), by a margin of 67-50.
The Titans (23-6) will now prepare for their outing against Vernon Hills (Vernon Hills, IL). The Cougars go into the non-league outing with a 16-12 record. In their last outing, Vernon Hills was beaten by Lake Zurich (Lake Zurich, IL), 67-41, in a non-league outing.
The Corsairs now own a 11-19 record. They play next when they host St. Patrick for a East Suburban Catholic outing on Tuesday, February 13. Carmel will clash with a Shamrocks squad coming off a 52-34 league win over Niles Notre Dame (Niles, IL). The Shamrocks record now stands at 19-9.
