Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Central Mountain can't hold off Chestnut Ridge

February 10, 2024: Mill Hall, PA 17751

The Chestnut Ridge Lions basketball team scored 67 points and restricted the host Central Mountain Wildcats to 65 in the Lions non-league victory on Saturday.

The Lions now sport a 18-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Richland for a Laurel Highlands contest on Monday, February 12. Chestnut Ridge will battle a Rams team coming off a 67-48 league win over Somerset (Somerset, PA). The Rams record now stands at 10-11.

The Wildcats (13-8) will now prepare for their contest against Williamsport (Williamsport, PA). The Millionaires come into the non-league contest with a 5-13 record. In their last contest, Williamsport edged Altoona (Altoona, PA), 55-43, in a non-league contest.
