In Saturday's non-league outing, the Covenant Christian Eagles (Tuscumbia, AL) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Meek Tigers (Arley, AL), by a count of 72-51.
The Eagles (23-8) will now prepare for their outing against Marion County (Guin, AL). The Red Raiders go into the non-league outing with a 24-8 record. In their last outing, Marion County smashed Hackleburg (Hackleburg, AL), 73-35, in a non-league outing.
The Tigers now hold a 8-12 record.
