South Dakota High School Basketball - Douglas tops Red Cloud

Douglas Patriots (Box Elder, SD) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Red Cloud Crusaders (Pine Ridge, SD), 62-49 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Douglas upgrades its record to 5-11 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Rapid City Central (Rapid City, SD) to play the Cobblers in a AA bout on Tuesday, February 13. The Cobblers come into the bout with a record of 1-14. Rapid City Central lost 64-34 in their recent league bout against Yankton (Yankton, SD)
Next up, the Crusaders play the Hot Springs Bison (Hot Springs, SD) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 15. Red Cloud will attempt to upgrade on its 8-10 season record.
