The Nicholas County Bluejackets basketball team scored 79 points and held the visiting Kentucky Christian Knights to 48 in the Bluejackets non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Bluejackets now sport a 12-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pendleton County for a District 38 contest on Monday, February 12. Nicholas County will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 68-48 league loss to Harrison County (Cynthiana, KY). The Wildcats record now stands at 12-13.
The Knights (26-4) will now prepare for their contest against Western Hills (Frankfort, KY). The Wolverines enter the non-league contest with a 5-19 record.
