Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Lexington School for the Deaf topples Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf

In Saturday's non-league outing, the Lexington School for the Deaf Blue Jays (Jackson Heights, NY) basketball squad beat the host Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf Lions (Pittsburgh, PA), by a count of 59-42.

The Blue Jays (10-5) will now prepare for their outing against Marie Philip (Framingham, MA). The Galloping Ghosts go into the non-league outing with a 20-7 record. In their last outing, Marie Philip defeated Ohio School for the Deaf (Columbus, OH), 65-42, in a non-league outing.

The Lions now hold a 8-14 record. They play next when they host Ohio School for the Deaf for a non-league outing on Sunday, February 11. Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf will clash with a Spartans squad coming off a 65-42 non-league loss to Marie Philip (Framingham, MA). The Spartans record now stands at 12-9.
