Loyalsock Township Lancers (Williamsport, PA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Wellsboro Hornets (Wellsboro, PA), 63-35 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Loyalsock Township upgrades its record to 21-1 on the season.

Next up, the Hornets play the Benton Tigers (Benton, PA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 12. Wellsboro will attempt to upgrade on its 12-8 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 6-10 record after their 60-27 league loss to Northwest Area (Shickshinny, PA).
