In Saturday's non-league outing, the Rowan County Vikings (Morehead, KY) basketball squad overwhelmed the host West Carter Comets (Olive Hill, KY), by a margin of 67-35.

The Vikings (17-8) will now prepare for their outing against Blazer (Ashland, KY). The Tomcats go into the non-league outing with a 17-8 record. In their last outing, Blazer smashed Menifee County (Frenchburg, KY), 85-50, in a non-league outing.
