Illinois High School Basketball - Waubonsie Valley trounces The Prairie School

The Waubonsie Valley Warriors (Aurora, IL) basketball crushed the visiting The Prairie School Hawks (Racine, WI), 61-40 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Warriors (24-2) will now prepare for their test against Naperville North (Naperville, IL). The Huskies go into the DuPage Valley test with a 13-15 record. In their last test, Naperville North walloped Prairie Ridge (Crystal Lake, IL), 63-48, in a non-league test.
The Hawks now own a 11-12 record. They play next when they travel to St. Joseph for a Metro Classic outing on Friday, February 16. The Prairie School will clash with a Lancers squad coming off a 74-58 league loss to St. Thomas More (Milwaukee, WI). The Lancers record now stands at 14-9.
