The Wilmington Charter Force tipped the host Wilmington Christian Warriors basketball team by a final score of 47-42 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The Force now possess a 4-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host First State Military Academy for a Diamond State battle on Monday, February 12. Wilmington Charter will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 54-24 non-league loss to McKean (Wilmington, DE). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-15.
The Warriors (5-8) will now prepare for their battle against St. Andrew's (Middletown, DE). The Cardinals come into the Independent Schools battle with a 4-10 record. In their last battle, St. Andrew's edged Tatnall (Wilmington, DE), 47-45, in a league battle.
