The Payne Tech Lions routed the visiting American History Bald Eagles basketball team by a final score of 54-30 in Saturday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Lions face the Rahway Indians (Rahway, NJ) in a non-league game, on Monday, February 12. Payne Tech will attempt to move on its 15-7 season record. The Indians enter the game with a 11-10 record after their 51-17 non-league loss to Hanover Park (East Hanover, NJ).
With the defeat, American History moves to 15-6 on the season. The Bald eagles host Montclair Kimberley Academy (Montclair, NJ) to encounter the Cougars in a Freelance test on Monday, February 12. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 11-10.
