The Oswego Panthers (Oswego, IL) basketball knocked off the host Aurora East Tomcats (Aurora, IL), 52-37 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Panthers (9-23) will now prepare for their test against Waubonsie Valley (Aurora, IL). The Warriors go into the non-league test with a 27-3 record. In their last test, Waubonsie Valley went down by Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL), 59-35, in a non-league test.
The Tomcats now own a 2-27 record. They play next when they host West Aurora for a non-league test on Saturday, February 10. Aurora East will encounter a Blackhawks squad coming off a 56-54 league loss to Plainfield North (Plainfield, IL). The Blackhawks record now stands at 10-18.
