Ohio High School Basketball - Buckeye Trail can't hold off Ridgewood

The Ridgewood Generals basketball team scored 45 points and restricted the visiting Buckeye Trail Warriors to 39 in the Generals non-league victory on Saturday.
The Generals now sport a 16-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host River View for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 14. Ridgewood will battle a Black Bears team coming off a 49-33 league loss to Maysville (Zanesville, OH). The Black Bears record now stands at 3-18.
The Warriors (8-14) will now prepare for their contest against Union Local (Belmont, OH). The Jets come into the non-league contest with a 16-6 record. In their last contest, Union Local edged Bellaire (Bellaire, OH), 41-31, in a league contest.
