With the victory, Knott County Central improves its record to 16-9 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Lawrence County (Louisa, KY) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 12. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 15-8.

Next up, the Pirates confront the Wolfe County Wolves (Campton, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 12. Powell County will attempt to improve on its 12-14 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 11-11 record after their 64-34 non-league loss to Owsley County (Booneville, KY).
