The Little Wound Mustangs routed the host Lead-Deadwood Golddiggers basketball team by a final score of 61-38 in Saturday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Mustangs face the Lower Brule Sioux (Lower Brule, SD) in a non-league game, on Monday, February 12. Little Wound will attempt to move on its 10-7 season record. The Sioux enter the game with a 6-12 record after their 43-40 league loss to Sully Buttes (Onida, SD).
With the defeat, Lead-Deadwood moves to 0-18 on the year. The Golddiggers host Red Cloud (Pine Ridge, SD) to face the Crusaders in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 13.
