Washington Township Minutemen (Sewell, NJ) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Maple Shade Wildcats (Maple Shade, NJ), 33-30 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Washington Township upgrades its record to 13-8 on the season.

Next up, the Wildcats play the Collingswood Panthers (Collingswood, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 12. Maple Shade will attempt to upgrade on its 17-6 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 5-14 record after their 29-27 non-league loss to Pitman (Pitman, NJ).
