Indiana High School Basketball - Marquette Catholic thwarts Morgan Township

February 10, 2024: Valparaiso, IN 46383

The Marquette Catholic Blazers (Michigan City, IN) basketball knocked off the host Morgan Township Cherokees (Valparaiso, IN), 54-43 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Blazers (22-4) will now prepare for their test against Caston (Fulton, IN). The Comets go into the non-league test with a 22-3 record. In their last test, Caston notched a victory over Bethany Christian (Goshen, IN), 44-29, in a non-league test.

The Cherokees now own a 17-8 record.

Morgan Township

Congratulations to #32 Peyton Honchar for being selected the Morgan Township Girls Basketball Player of the Game.
