Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the State College Little Lions (State College, PA) and the visiting McDowell Trojans (Erie, PA), saw State College's basketball squad overcome McDowell by a tally of 63-44.

With the victory, State College improves its record to 16-6 on the campaign.

Next up, the Trojans play the Fort LeBoeuf Bison (Waterford, PA) in a District 10 Region 6 challenge, on Monday, February 12. McDowell will attempt to improve on its 4-15 season record. The Bison come into the challenge with a 2-13 record after their 72-34 league loss to Cathedral Prep (Erie, PA).
