In Monday's non-league game, the host Woodland Wildcats baseball team scored a nice 14-0 win over the Rome Wolves.
The Wildcats (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Pickens (Jasper, GA). The Dragons go into the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Pickens knocked off Sonoraville (Calhoun, GA), 14-0, in a non-league game.
Next, the Wolves play the Heritage Patriots (Conyers, GA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, February 15. Rome will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Patriots go into the game with a 1-1 record after their 16-3 non-league win over Morrow (Morrow, GA).
