In Monday's non-league contest, the host Cicero-North Syracuse Northstars basketball team scored a big 79-51 win over the New Hartford Spartans.
The Northstars (16-1) will now prepare for their contest against Baldwinsville (Baldwinsville, NY). The Bees come into the Section 3 Salt City - Metro contest with a 4-9 record.
In their next game, the Spartans battle the Vernon-Verona-Sherrill Red Devils (Verona, NY) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 11. New Hartford will attempt to better on its 7-7 season record. The Red Devils come into the contest with a 4-14 record after their 75-53 league win over Oneida (Oneida, NY).
