In Monday's league contest, the visiting Cranston West Falcons basketball team scored a big 51-27 triumph over the Tiverton Tigers.
The Falcons (10-10) will now prepare for their contest against St. Raphael Academy (Pawtucket, RI). The Saints go into the Division II contest with a 8-13 record. In their last contest, St. Raphael Academy was trounced by Classical (Providence, RI), 67-59, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers confront the Woonsocket Villa Novans (Woonsocket, RI) in a Division II contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Tiverton will attempt to better on its 2-17 season record. The Villa Novans go into the contest with a 0-18 record after their 67-54 league loss to Middletown (Middletown, RI).
