Ohio High School Basketball - Steele routs Vermilion

In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Steele Comets basketball team scored a big 66-38 triumph over the Vermilion Sailors.

The Comets (13-7) will now prepare for their contest against Avon (Avon, OH). The Eagles go into the Southwestern contest with a 10-9 record. In their last contest, Avon was trounced by Highland (Medina, OH), 64-44, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Sailors confront the Clyde Fliers (Clyde, OH) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, February 12. Vermilion will attempt to better on its 6-13 season record. The Fliers go into the contest with a 10-9 record after their 94-69 league loss to Perkins (Sandusky, OH).
