In Monday's non-league contest, the host Negreet Indians basketball team scored a good 57-44 triumph over the Elizabeth Bulldogs.
The Indians (18-13) will now prepare for their contest against Converse (Converse, LA). The Wildcats go into the B District 3 contest with a 8-23 record. In their last contest, Converse was topped by Florien (Florien, LA), 56-54, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the St. Joseph's - Plaucheville Eagles (Plaucheville, LA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Elizabeth will attempt to better on its 15-11 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 6-22 record after their 68-24 non-league loss to Plainview (Glenmora, LA).
