The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Yale Bulldogs (Yale, MI) and the host Sandusky Wolves (Sandusky, MI), observed Yale's basketball team knock off Sandusky by a score of 36-19.
The Bulldogs (16-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Almont (Almont, MI). The Raiders come into the Blue Water Area challenge with a 2-12 record. In their last challenge, Almont dropped by Imlay City (Imlay City, MI), 71-34, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Wolves battle the Ubly Bearcats (Ubly, MI) in a Greater Thumb - East challenge, on Tuesday, February 11. Sandusky will attempt to improve on its 14-1 season record. The Bearcats come into the challenge with a 3-10 record after their 42-21 league loss to Harbor Beach (Harbor Beach, MI).
