Ohio High School Basketball - Jackson knocks off Meigs

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Jackson Ironman/Ironladies basketball team scored a good 59-42 win over the Meigs Marauders.
The Ironman/Ironladies (16-3) will now prepare for their contest against Chillicothe (Chillicothe, OH). The Cavaliers enter the Frontier match with a 13-4 record. In their last match, Chillicothe lost by Miami Trace (Washington Court House, OH), 55-40, in a league match.
The Marauders now own a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host River Valley for a Tri-Valley I match on Friday, February 13. Meigs will face a Raiders squad coming off a 44-41 league loss to Athens (The Plains, OH). The Raiders record now stands at 8-12.
