The Southern Valley Eagles (Oxford, NE) basketball nipped the visiting Dundy County-Stratton Tigers (Benkelman, NE), 2-0 in Friday's non-league test.
The Eagles (13-8) will now prepare for their test against South Loup (Arnold, NE). The go into the C2 District 10 test with a 18-4 record. In their last test, South Loup got by Hi-Line [Eustis-Farnam/Elwood] (Eustis, NE), 66-26, in a non-league test.
The Tigers now own a 1-21 record.
