Colorado High School Basketball - Antonito thwarted by Primero

The Antonito Trojans basketball team (Antonito, CO), dropped 63-43 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Primero Bulldogs (Weston, CO)

The Bulldogs now possess a 5-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Moffat for a non-league battle on Thursday, February 16. Primero will confront a Cowboys team coming off a 55-51 non-league loss to Non Varsity Opponent (, ). The Cowboys record now stands at 8-7.

The Trojans (2-12) will now prepare for their battle against Sangre de Cristo (Mosca, CO). The Thunderbirds come into the 1A Southern Peaks battle with a 8-8 record. In their last battle, Sangre de Cristo dropped by Sierra Grande (Blanca, CO), 60-41, in a league battle.
