St. Charles Cardinals (Columbus, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Bexley Lions (Columbus, OH), 46-42 in a non-league bout.

With the win, St. Charles upgrades its record to 11-10 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Jonathan Alder (Plain City, OH) to play the Pioneers in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 16. The Pioneers go into the bout with a record of 13-8. Jonathan Alder won 51-40 in their recent league bout against Shawnee (Springfield, OH)

Next up, the Lions play the KIPP Columbus Jaguars (Columbus, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 14. Bexley will attempt to upgrade on its 11-8 season record. The Jaguars go into the bout with a 15-3 record after their 75-49 non-league win over Grove City Christian (Grove City, OH).
