Jefferson Eagles (Conception Junction, MO) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Bishop LeBlond Eagles (St. Joseph, MO), 62-44 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Jefferson upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Eagles host Albany (Albany, MO) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 16. The Warriors come into the bout with a record of 12-12.

Next up, the Eagles play the St. Pius X Warriors (Kansas City, MO) in a Midland Empire bout, on Tuesday, February 14. Bishop LeBlond will attempt to upgrade on its 15-8 season record.
