The Dixie Heights Colonels basketball team (Edgewood, KY), was overwhelmed 85-58 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Holy Cross Indians (Covington, KY)
The Indians now possess a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Scott for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 14. Holy Cross will battle a Eagles team coming off a 52-46 non-league win over Simon Kenton (Independence, KY). The Eagles record now stands at 13-15.
The Colonels (5-16) will now prepare for their battle against Cooper (Union, KY). The Jaguars come into the non-league battle with a 13-11 record. In their last battle, Cooper trounced Scott County (Georgetown, KY), 67-37, in a non-league battle.
