Farmington River Hawks (Farmington, CT) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Manchester Red Hawks (Manchester, CT), 55-47 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Farmington upgrades its record to 12-6 on the season. The River Hawks travel to Middletown (Middletown, CT) to clash with the Blue Dragons in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 14. The Blue Dragons go into the bout with a record of 10-6. Middletown won 52-48 in their recent league bout against Maloney (Meriden, CT)

Next up, the Red Hawks clash with the Windsor Warriors (Windsor, CT) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 14. Manchester will attempt to upgrade on its 11-5 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 13-4 record after their 70-50 non-league win over Newington (Newington, CT).
